1. What is unique about the OneHealthyCommunity platform?
We are driving a transformative journey to wellness. We intend to leave nobody behind and serve people of all ages. It is the reason we are known as the OneHealthyCommunity platform.
2. Why should anybody (potential patient or qualified provider) join the OHC platform? ↑
We built a patient-centric platform to impact access, cost, and quality of care while driving a shift to prevention. In addition, we are the inventors of HealthRace®, a tool we designed to enable self-empowerment leading to long-term wellness.

3. Why are qualified providers embracing our platform across the globe? ↑
We are the fastest growing health platform that manages to connect with patients within and outside of your country of residence. Our objective is to help you showcase your profile and attract new clients.
- We present your profile to the members in the most attractive manner to make sure they fall in love with providers listed on our platform. Every profile presents a license number, the medical training background, the billing rate, the rating, a professional photo, and a button to call into the provider’s office. We manage to remove any potential sources of hesitation/frustration related to affordability, quality of service or availability of options. Members are very active on the platform as it enables them to seek second opinion and be content with their choice of provider.
- We simplify and streamline the appointment management process including decision options (confirmation vs. rejection). We track any late cancellation and no-show fees for you. If needed, we are able to help you collect those fees from negligent patients.
- We offer a very affordable advertising service to providers who seek to promote their services to a global audience.
- We give you access to insights behind any patient’s evaluation of your performance to help you improve their experience.
- We analyze your appointment requests, appointment confirmations, revenue and rating so you can quantify the return from your investment (subscription).
- We enable providers to collaborate and organize new medical hubs susceptible to attracting medical tourists.
- We promote the best physicians in our newsletter when they are recognized by the members of the platform as “super heroes”.
4. Who are the providers listed on the OHC platform? ↑
Providers are medical professionals that might or might not be affiliates with physical facilities such as:
- Clinics/hospitals
- Pharmacies
- Labs.
We therefore register facilities as well as professionals falling within the following groups:
- Physicians/Dentists
- Psychologists
- Naturopaths
- Personal trainers
- Nurses
- Lab biochemist
5. What does OHC collect from providers and product vendors? ↑
Annual listing fee - This fixed fee applies to all facilities and provider categories on an annual basis.
Booking commission – This fee represents a percentage of the consultation fee associated with a booking. It applies to doctors/dentists, psychologists, naturopaths, personal trainers, nurses, and lab biochemists.
Ad service fee – This fee depends on the duration of the ad campaign. It is negotiated with the ad buyer (facility manager, provider, product vendor. partner)
Order generation commission - This fee represents a percentage of the amount associated with an order placed on our e-Marketplace. It applies to vendors of all products listed on the platform.
6. How do I set up the OHC App on my mobile device or tablet? ↑
To iPhone device owners - Open www.onehealthycommunity.care in a Safari browser session, click the icon on the status bar and select "Add to Home Screen" to add our app to the Home Screen on your device.
To Android device owners - Open www.onehealthycommunity.care in a Google browser session, select "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen" and name the app as "OHC App".
7. How do I subscribe to receive important push notifications? ↑
After adding the OHC App to the HOME screen on your mobile device (see section 6), you must pay attention to the prompt that will appear on your screen.
- Uncheck the box that DOESN'T apply to you
- Click the button "Subscribe"
- Make sure to click "Allow" in the next prompt
8. How do I access the functionalities of the platform associated with my profile? ↑
You must select the profile by clicking the link associated with the section “My OHC Profile” on the cover page of the OHC App. It shows a list of profiles from which you must select the option that represents your role as a user of the platform.
9. How can I recover my password? ↑
In case you forget your password, you can retrieve it from the email you received upon registration. You can also use the button "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the "Log In" page.
10. How do I change my password? ↑
- Open the menu by clicking the icon ≡ in the upper left corner of the "Welcome" page
- Click the menu option showing your name
- Click the round button in the upper right corner of the page and elect to change your password
11. How can I access health alerts? ↑
Available alerts appear automatically on the “Welcome” page.
12. How can I advertise my products and services on the OHC platform? ↑

We believe in protecting the caregiver-patient interaction by refraining from collecting/storing any patient health data and securing communications via HTTPS.
In our disclaimer, we ask you not to share your health data using the OneHealthyCommunity app. We assume no responsibility for any content you may choose to share on our platform.
